What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most in-stock ribbons have a low per-item MOQ — simply enter the quantity you need. The minimum total order value is $200 USD. For custom production, please ask us on WhatsApp for the exact MOQ.
How long does shipping to the US / Mexico take?
Standard orders typically arrive in about 7–10 days after payment via UPS / DHL / FedEx. We confirm the exact timeframe and freight cost when your order is confirmed.
Can I customize (print my logo / pattern)?
Yes. We offer heat-transfer printing with your logo or pattern, plus custom widths. Send us your artwork and the width you need and we'll quote price and MOQ.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. In-stock samples can travel with your first order; for standalone samples, ask us about the sample and shipping cost on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We typically accept PayPal, international bank transfer, or platform-secured payment. Details are confirmed with each order.
Are the prices on the site including shipping?
Prices on the site are unit prices and do not include international freight. Freight is calculated by weight, volume and destination, and we confirm it with your order.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes. You can mix different ribbon widths, patterns and accessories in one cart, as long as the total reaches $200 USD.
Will I see real photos of my order before shipping?
Yes. Before dispatch we share real photos/videos via WhatsApp so you can confirm exactly what ships.
What if my order arrives with issues?
If items are missing, damaged, or have an obvious quality issue, send us photos within 3 days of delivery and we will reship or work out a solution. Custom-made products generally cannot be returned without reason.
How do I place an order on the site?
Pick a product, choose color/width and quantity, add to cart, then check out with your delivery details. You can also screenshot the styles you like and order directly via WhatsApp.
