Shipping & Returns

We ship ribbons worldwide from China to the US, Mexico and more via international express. These are the general rules — every order is confirmed individually.

Delivery times

In-stock orders are packed within 1–3 business days and take about 7–10 days total to arrive via UPS/DHL/FedEx. Custom orders add production time, which we confirm on WhatsApp.

Shipping costs

Calculated by weight, volume and destination — we send you the freight quote before you pay. Small orders can be combined to save on shipping.

Customs & import duties

Any import duties at destination are generally paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise. Share your delivery address and we'll suggest the best option — DDP shipping is available on request.

Returns & claims

Please inspect your package on delivery. If items are missing, damaged, or have an obvious defect, contact us with photos within 3 days and we will reship or agree on a solution. Custom-printed items are not eligible for no-reason returns.

Shipping damage

If the outer package looks damaged, photograph the box and contents before opening and notify us immediately — this helps us file a claim with the carrier.
